Resort was beautiful, staff was very helpful and friendly, dinner restaurants were exceptional and we loved the breakfast as well, so many kid-friendly activities/amenities, bed was comfortable and loved the blackout curtains, beautiful views. The resort felt very safe and the service was unmatched!

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and have every amenity you could want (there was a hot tub and plunge pool in ours). The swimming pools are unreal and the quality of the food and drinks second to none (there wasn't a meal we had that I wouldn't have paid for in a restaurant). The thing that sets this place apart though is the service. We had our own concierge (Natalia) and she was the best thing about our stay. There was nothing that was too much for her to do and she was a really useful source of information on transport/excursions etc. Natalia also arranged all our dinner reservations and was a real point of difference for our stay.

First off! If you upgrade to the corner suite on the 7th floor room 701 you will be AMAZED!!! It was beautiful and great for instagram flexing. The jacuzzi on the balcony and the view made you feel like you were in some tropical paradise! The jacuzzi tub and room lay out was BOMB!!
