Grand Velas Los Cabos Luxury All Inclusive

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and have every amenity you could want (there was a hot tub and plunge pool in ours). The swimming pools are unreal and the quality of the food and drinks second to none (there wasn't a meal we had that I wouldn't have paid for in a restaurant). The thing that sets this place apart though is the service. We had our own concierge (Natalia) and she was the best thing about our stay. There was nothing that was too much for her to do and she was a really useful source of information on transport/excursions etc. Natalia also arranged all our dinner reservations and was a real point of difference for our stay.

Amazing food, great views, best spa, outstanding service. Attention to details.

That was an incredible break , amazing atmosphere among the tropical flowers , delicious food and very friendly staff , our concierge Jesus was great ! we will return ❤️
